II recently decided to visit my parents in north Idaho and decided I'd get my eyes checked as it had been a couple of yearsI'm so glad I took the time to make an appointmentI wasn't really excited about my local optometrist so figured I'd pay a visit to DrLisa R [redacted] while I was in townEven though I can still I can see pretty good with my existing glasses, I believe with the new prescription and tweaks that DrR [redacted] recommended, I will have better close up vision I found DrR [redacted] to be very kind and concerned to make sure I had the best experience and optimal resultsI hadn't intended to get new frames, but while I was waiting for my daughter to get an exam, I tried a few frames on for fun and found a pair I really liked a lotOverall I would highly recommend DrR [redacted] for your eye care needs
We order glasses on January 10, the business moved Did not notify us on their new location and went into pick up our glasses more than the days they said it would take we were told the classes were not ordered and we would receive a refund we went back to pick up the refund and the owner DrR*** refuse to give the refund it has been more than a month since the classes were ordered but still have not received classes or our money back
The eye glasses that I purchased from this doctor gave me vertigo and did not help my visionI have made over phone calls and two personal visits, contacted my insurance company to resolve the issueNo one has called me back including the doctor who I have me go I also asked to call meThis is the most completely unprofessional practice I have ever experienced in my yearsThis is also my first complaint that I have ever filed and and desperate for any help I can get in resolving this issue
