I recently separated from the Air Force and moved to Arizona for a new jobWhile at Vandenberg AFB my wife and I had frontier internet for a few years and were loyal customers and paid bills on timeMy wife called to cancel service due to the move and the representative stated we had to wait until our move out date to cancel servicesSo complying with their request, we canceled the day prior to moving outWe also asked if there will be any issues canceling at that time and he told us there would be no issueA month or so later they sent us a bill for an additional full month of service which we didn’t not useMy wife called to dispute the charges and the female representative stated she was sorry but there’s was nothing she could since we canceled in the middle of the billing cycle, which is what they requestedShe was helpful however and stated what she could do was if we returend to their company for services they can waive any start up fees/installion feesShe further stated

I moved out of the house I was renting due to buying our first homeWe had internet service with FrontierI called to have them cancel my service on July 5thWas told by the live chat person that the earliest she could cancel was July 20thThe last day of my billing cycleI was moving on the 8th and requested it be cut off on the 6thI was told she could not do thisWhich didn't make sense to me, to pay for service I would not be using so I asked to speak with a manager to which she replied she changed my cut off date to July 6thSo even if they charged the whole amount all I needed to do was call and they would credit it backOn the 15th they took the payment off my credit cardOn the 16th I called to get the credit back and was told they do not do that, that no matter when you cancel you still have to pay for the whole monthSo the live chat person told me one thing and I call and they tell me anotherThis makes no senseI guess you cant trust anyone you speak with cause

April 25, I called frontier internet provider to sign up for service at my homeThey quoted me on a no contract price of a month for the first year and for the second yearIt’s my first month with them and I check my bill and it’s for internet and for a security bundle I was never informed about and never ordered, they forced it on meI had them remove the security bundle but for the price for internet, they said sorry we can’t do anything about itI’ve been on the phone for hours on end trying to solve this issue, but no luckI was guaranteed a a month price and they bait and switched meThey also told me there is $amazon gift card upon sign up which I never got and now they said sorry but we can’t give it to you because you’re not under contract when they clearly stated that it doesn’t matter if I’m on a contract or notAll of this information will be on recorded lines on their end

Once again I'm filing a complaint against Frontier internetFor months and months now my internet service has been going numerous Times thru out the dayOn average of times a dayI have contacted Frontier and been told they are working on the problem but there has been no resolving of the problemI still lose internet connectionafter years of having this service I am being told now that this service shouldn't be offered in my area and basically being told theirs nothing they can do about itIt's absurd they run a business like thatI feel like a broken record at this point

Frontier Internet refuses to repair my poor internet connectionMy internet service provided is constantly disconnecting and not running at the speeds I am paying forI have tried contacting their representatives multiple times to repair our internet and am hung up on each time and don’t receive a call backThis has been an ongoing issue for months and would like the problem resolved

Poor Customer service dont call or show up when suppose to come very dissatisfied with their service waited weeks for internet service my father waited at house hours no call no show waited 1/hours on hold with no one helping tell u there are still coming never show or call

Call frontier about internet service they told me about a bunddle deal with drecit tv for they set up the appts tv on Sat then they would be out Tue well direct tv told me they dont have an order for frontier so on Monday I called frontier and they said they dont bunddle with dreict tv but I have the order numbers and emails and the phone call know if im without internet and stuck with direct tv if I want to cancel it will cost me dollars this was a bunddle deal the lady set up for me and would like to know how to handle this situation I cant belive I only got install Sat and how is this my fault when the lady at frontier told me the price

I paid my deposit to frontier internet for them to install they gave me a due date of 6/from 8-12am they never called or showed to due the install I called later that night and they said I needed to pay a deposit which was paid on yhe 1st of juneThen the lady I spoje with said sorry and she will have someone out first thing in the morning around 10:i called and they said they couldnt do anything til the 12th of juneI asked to speak with a supervisor and none were avaliavle I told them have the supervisor call me back in no mpre then hourhours later I call back and they said the same thing I got up to a supervisor and they said I will give you a dollar credit to your accountI told them they can refund my money and they said they cant do that and they can get someone out here on the 9th of june between and pmI fell like they should refund my deposit and come put my services in stillWhy should I have to pay a deposit and bot get the services I was told and
