I called to get installation instructions for the electro chromatic self dimming mirror and Ray spent considerable time describing the exact method as well as where to buy the silicone adhesive, which, by the way, I could have bought from him, but didn't.
He was very helpful and went well beyond the call of duty.

on July 30th bought a mirror for my datsun 510 they sent me the wrong mirror glass it was way to small to fit I email him tell him what happened even sent pictures that he asked for his customer service sucks very badly I keep sending him e mails and he only replays back to 3 of them

he should have told me to send back the wrong glass and he would send me the right glass for my car but for some reason he dont reply back to my emails

I bought it on July 30th and its September 2 and still no email back from from him still have the
wrong mirror glass for my car

INTERNET GLASS DID NOT SEND MY MIRROR. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR THE TELEPHONE. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEB VENDOR. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOSE YOUR MONEY !

I have a 1968 Ford P/U and needed an outside rear view mirror. I couldn't find one anywhere. I came across Internet Glass Network and the person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say he had the blank I needed and I was extremely pleased with the the service.

Review: ordered mirror for 94 [redacted] and after talking with [redacted] sent a pattern and a picture as requested. received a mirror that did not fit or resemble the pattern.

sent mirror back requesting a mirror matching the pattern or refund. have not received mirror or refund. I have tried calling, send e-mails and send letters to no avail.Desired Settlement: refund

Review: I ordered from the Internet Glass Network at the end of June but they did not respond to my order until I emailed and asked why my order was not being processed. By July [redacted] they sent me an email that my order was being mailed. I received my order and the edges of the glass were chipped and damaged. I also bought the shipping insurance (not sure if it was damaged during shipping). I contacted the company and they told me it was normal to have damage on the edges and that it would be invisible once I installed it. Well it was still very visible and looked awful. I asked for a refund and received no response. I asked what their return polices are and received no response. This business seems very unprofessional and shady.Desired Settlement: The company should respond if a customer has questions, concerns, and/or unsatisfied. I will pay to ship it back and would like a refund.

Review: I ORDERED A GLASS MIRROR REPLACEMENT. PAID FOR IT AND FIRST CLASS SHIPPING AND INSURANCE AND NEVER RECEIVED MIRROR. CALLED AND LEFT OVER TEN MESSAGES ABOUT PROBLEM WITH NO RESPONSE. STILL TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MIRROR OR MONEY BACK. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR.....Desired Settlement: ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK

Review: I am requesting a RMA#. The convex mirror I ordered and received in the physical mail does not fit properly. I have contacted via emails and online chat to internet glass network and no response. The convex mirror isn't a correct fit for my 2005 VW Jetta 2.54d. Invoice #[redacted] and all I'm asking is a RMA# so I could return the product.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund in the amount of $31.90 from Internet Glass Network.
