This client is committing fraud First of all, the service was also social media building in addition to SEO link building Of the $250/month, $200/month is linked directly with social media service (out of the $250/month) Please see attached, signed contract.I have also attached what I have provided in the past to [redacted] and the credit card backcharge to substantiate my case Secondly, not only has she tried to get refunds on the link building and social media building, but also on the website improvements that I conducted to help her out They were done at a substantially lower rate in agreement that she would have our website linked at the bottombut a couple months later she removed those AND she had made claims to [redacted] that we never did the work even though we have emails showing she appreciate the work we did I've attached updates I sent the client on a regular basis Updates and progress she never complained about until two months after the work ended.I do the same work on SEO that has helped many clients, including myself, rank high in [redacted] She is only cherry picking a few links as being bad, but anyone who knows SEO and is truthful know that you need a balance of links to rank in [redacted] I'm recognized as a leader in my niche This client is only trying to get all the work I did for her at a huge discount now for free I have gotten her on the first page of [redacted] After she started working with another vendor, she did something to mess that up temporarily and fall from ranking just so she could get the work for free Please see additional attachments as proof. She tried to get the money back from [redacted] and failed because I proved my case She tried with her Credit Card and I proved my case And now she is trying to strike out to get me to give her a full refund again.I've attached all the system allows me to attach to substantiate my case Please let me know where else I can send all the documentation Unfortunately if she persists I'll have to contact my lawyer for damages

This is getting ridiculous The experts helping the client in this case are misrepresenting themselves if they support that "Once Seller was Given Access to Backend Id/Passwords Bad Backlinking Began" You don't need backoffice access to build backlinks Websites get backlinks all the time without SEOmost often crappy ones It is the risk of being onlineonce a website goes live and people see it, then ANYONE is free to build links to the site I see it all the timeand often it can be competition doing it to drop the ranking of a site, but it can also be someone on the other site of the world who happens to find the site and wants to mess with it, or leverage with the rankings.#1) The contract is very clear on what was to be delivered, and it was delivered#2) The same strategy I have used worked not only for myself, but for many clients even ones in this client's area #3) This client tried to even get reimbursement for website work that she approved as well.#4) This client failed to follow recommendations of Consultant to improve rankings, and then maintain rankings when *** changed their algorithms penalizing slow sitesit took her nearly two months and we lost placing for many keywords that I brought from not even being not even found on *** to top of the second page Ultimately we took a main keyword to the front page of *** for a Columbus keyword #5) This client not only tried to get money back from work done for website work (which I can prove) but she also keeps neglecting that social media building was also included in the package I built up the social media.#6) The client was updated monthly on progress It wasn't until nearly two months after we were done that she started first trying to get money back from the website work, and then SEO.#7) *** and her credit card BOTH agreed that I was in the right in this, and now she is trying a third avenue because she is practicing dishonest business practices I can also show you where she lied to *** in an attempt to get her money back. Please let me know where I can send the rest of my documentation You already have a copy of the signed contract

This client is committing  fraud.  First of all, the service was also social media building in addition to SEO link building.  Of the $250/month, $200/month is linked directly with social media service (out of the $250/month).  Please see attached, signed contract.I have also...

attached what I have provided in the past to [redacted] and the credit card backcharge to substantiate my case.  Secondly, not only has she tried to get refunds on the link building and social media building, but also on the website improvements that I conducted to help her out.  They were done at a substantially lower rate in agreement that she would have our website linked at the bottom... but a couple months later she removed those.  AND she had made claims to [redacted] that we never did the work even though we have emails showing she appreciate the work we did.  I've attached updates I sent the client on a regular basis.  Updates and progress she never complained about until two months after the work ended.I do the same work on SEO that has helped many clients, including myself, rank high in [redacted].  She is only cherry picking a few links as being bad, but anyone who knows SEO and is truthful know that you need a balance of links to rank in [redacted].  I'm recognized as a leader in my niche.  This client is only trying to get all the work I did for her at a huge discount now for free.  I have gotten her on the first page of [redacted].  After she started working with another vendor, she did something to mess that up temporarily and fall from ranking just so she could get the work for free.  Please see additional attachments as proof. She tried to get the money back from [redacted] and failed because I proved my case.  She tried with her Credit Card and I proved my case.  And now she is trying to strike out to get me to give her a full refund again.I've attached all the system allows me to attach to substantiate my case.  Please let me know where else I can send all the documentation.  Unfortunately if she persists I'll have to contact my lawyer for damages.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company has not addressed the issues of this dispute. I am asking for a full refund and he refuses to give me a refund. The seller is lying and trying to cover his tracks. I have provided enough evidence that he has misrepresented and breached the contract. I found out about this when I had another, local company audit my website. My website had no bad links attached to it until the vendor was given access to my website on 10/14/17 and the report clearly shows when spammy links were being added to my site. Now he is trying to say he did not create them. I provided emails and reports when this occurred. Some of the bad links even point back to Mike Marko which is the name of the owner of IM Consultant Services. One of the experts says: -“These are not quality backlinks. [redacted] only wants to index 48 out of 208 links. They don’t pass [redacted]s most basic quality test.” Also, “links are ‘no follow’, even if [redacted] did find them.” “The links on his release [redacted] have a ‘no follow’ attribute.” “The other press releases also have these ‘no follow’ links [redacted]” “Press release links are also likely to go away in a few months.” “but they look like you built them: [redacted] (and similar links on [redacted], another free website provider)” Another expert says: “You can see below some of the sites that are linking back to your site. I'd need access to do a deeper dive but this was my initial concern that you have low quality links pointing back to your site. All of those sites that I've included in bullet points seem to be a part of link networks, which isn't good.  [redacted]
Also, the expert provided reports of 500 plus links attached to my website and most are spammy. Next, the vendor stated he did not create most of them and sent in his own report to [redacted]. Therefore, I had the expert go through that report of his 208 links and only 48 out of 208 links [redacted] wants to index. Also, the links are “no follow.” On the social media such as Instagram, my business is following many people in China, Russia, Australia etc. I thought the vendor was going to find me local followers in Pataskala and Columbus? Last, this dispute is still ongoing with [redacted]. I had to send in more documentation. [redacted] does not deal with this issue so they had me take this case with my credit card company. Regards,
[redacted]

The contract was VERY CLEAR what I was providing the client.  It was the legal agreement between us.  If she needed something different than was clearly specified on the contract then she should have asked for it.  We had gone through a couple iterations to get to that contract so she didn't accept it exactly as I first proposed.  And then she signed it.My SEO techniques are the exact ones I use to rank myself and other clients.  There are lots of ways to get content to rank. And there are very clear ways to handle the concerns on the contract, which she rejected. And communication was clear on results throughout the six months.I fulfilled my part of the contract.  She has broken her part.
