I have not been successful in contacting the contractor. Both phone numbers state no one is in the office and voice mails are full. Attempts have been made at all times of day. My roof and underlayment was a full tear off done May 2015. About 10 days ago it was noticed that water was leaking down a vent pipe on the back of my house. As we were in a 3 day rain spell the insulation we were replacing in the joists was soaking wet. Upon getting on the roof it was discovered that the vent was never booted. Had to wait until the rain stopped to get on the roof. At this point multiple issues were discovered and as each day went by more and more have been found. 1) no starter strip 2) multiple vents not booted 3) vent cap for furnace and hot water not replaced 4) soffit vents only put on 1/5th of house and inadequate size should be 16" by 8". Not the little round ones which are very insufficient to begin with. 5) roof decking already warping and flaking(rotting) 6)
