COMPLAINT:I feel like this company misrepresented the successes that I would achieve and charged an enormous amount of money for coaching.
I saw an advertisement online about a stay at home mom that was making $5,000/month working an online business. I requested more information and received a call from a [redacted] (American Fork). XXX XXX-XXXX which is out of service now. He asked me what I would spend my money on if I had extra money to work with. I proceeded to tell him. I told him I had some credit card debt that I really needed to get rid of, etc. He asked me how much money I would like to make in a month to accomplish the goals that I had. I told him $5,000/month. He said that it was an easy goal to accomplish but that I had to pay $9,600.00 and that I would want to put it on a credit card and let that work for me. He also said that I would be able to pay it off in no time at all. He was well aware that I already had some debt on my credit card and asked me if I had a limit that would allow me to charge that amount. He told me that I could make $5,000 a month doing this business. I went ahead and did it. I was contacted by the coaching company. I spent 14 hour days working on setting up a website for a product. I did all the research they told me to do. It took several months for me to complete my website and then did all the things they told me to do to direct traffic to my website. They also charged me, in addition to the $9,580 they charged me for the coaching, they charged me $39.95 a month to look up the lessons online which I had to do to progress in the process of setting up my business. I had to pay for a business license, merchant account, gateway company to process credit cards, etc. etc. I have spent so much money on this venture. I did not receive one order from my website. I have to get a full time job to pay for this debt. I feel that they totally misrepresented what they sold to me and I would like some compensation. I called Focus and they said they have never heard of him, but yet he sold their services. The phone number [redacted] gave me is no longer in service. I talked to a [redacted] who I remember took my credit card number to process this coaching payment and she is saying she doesn't know anything about it. The billing came through as Success Group in Utah XXXX XXX-XXXX, so I don't know if they sale Focus's services. I am not sure how it works but I am very disappointed in the results and misrepresentation. It has caused me so much stress trying to pay off the debt. I am looking for a second job to pay it off. If there is anything you can do for me, I would really appreciate it. This all occurred May 30, 2011 and I closed everything down in June of 2012. I worked for months 14 hour days to get it going, to no avail.

DESIRED RESOLUTION:I am seeking the over payment of $9,580 and the 39.95 X 10= 399.50 (the monthly fee for lessons and coaching) If they had only charged a 39.95 a month for the coaching and lessons, that would have been acceptable but to charge $9,580 for coaching and then charge a monthly fee in addition to the astronomical amount of $9.580. I think that is total robbery, especially since I didn't make a cent from my website. Please consider this! Thanks
I contacted [redacted], the secretary on March 28, 2012. I left a message. She called me back and said she didn't know [redacted] form American Fork.
