I ordered a modem. never got modem. they said it was stuck in a post office in dallas. some pple on phone said they would send a new one. never did. other pple. on phone said they would not send a new one, and that the other person lied.
they charged me $15 for every time I called in. looked at bank statement and found this out later.
pursued with Capital one bank, notifying them of fraudulent charges. charges are listed under "tru connect mobile".
Iotg sent my bank- fake paperwork indicating that I had used service. I never got the modem, so could not use their internet!!
I was without service for one month.
finally went with another internet provider

Refund they should refund $75. capital one was able to get me $15 dollars back. but they cannot pursue the other 75. there were 5 other $15 charges that i want back because there was no reason for them to charge me that. Iotg already got $60 which I paid when setting up svc. these other charges are bogus.
We have reached out to Ms. to help with her issue. Based on our review of the tracking information, the order she placed could not be delivered. The order was not returned by the Post Office and we did not send a replacement. A billing issue on the account caused charges in error. We have refunded all charges due to the issues with the delivery and not being able to use the service. We apologize for the experience and consider this matter closed.
