Good morning Ms. [redacted], I believe I have a more valid address for the company and Mr. Q[redacted]: Mr. Qusan Q[redacted]PO Box [redacted], VA [redacted] In light of this, can the Revdex.com send him a follow up letter at this address? Thank you very much, [redacted]

The only contact information I have for this company is their phone number - [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted].I sent an e-mail yesterday noting that I received a phone call on Saturday from the person who resides at the location cited as the company's business address ([redacted] [redacted] Street, [redacted], VA). ...

The sole proprietor of the company, Mr. Q[redacted], neither owns nor rents this address. However, the resident did see Mr. Q[redacted] on Saturday, August 19 and handed him the letter. Below is the e-mail I sent to Revdex.com this weekend - Saturday, August 19 at 6:31 PM.Good evening, I would like to follow up on my complaint.  Earlier today I received a phone call from a Mr. Robert L[redacted] in [redacted], VA.  He received the letter from the Revdex.com regarding my complaint.  He lives at the [redacted] [redacted] Street, [redacted], VA – the business address cited by Internet Tree Services in the Virginia Business License.  Mr. L[redacted] assured me he is not affiliated with the Internet Tree Services company in any manner.   Mr. L[redacted] informed me that the Internet Tree Services owner uses the lot across the street from this address to store his equipment (trucks, etc.) but that the owner of the company does not own or rent he property cited on his business license. Fortunately, while Mr. L[redacted] and I were on the phone, Mr. Q[redacted] or one of his colleagues drove in to the lot across the street.  Mr. L[redacted] walked across the street to hand him the Revdex.com’s letter with my complaint.  While Mr. Q[redacted] read the letter, I asked Mr. L[redacted] to let Mr. Q[redacted] know I was on the phone and would like to speak with him.  Mr. Q[redacted] refused to speak with me. He did take the letter and walked away.  Mr. L[redacted] confirmed that Mr. Q[redacted] had the letter, knew I was on the phone, and explained that I wanted to speak with him – and he should call me as soon as possible.   Mr. Q[redacted] has not called in the past two hours since this event occurred. I wanted to raise this for several reasons:  To verify that Mr. Q[redacted] received the Revdex.com letter today, Saturday, August 19, 2017.  Hence the 14 day period for Mr. Q[redacted] to reply to the letter can commence. That Mr. Q[redacted], when presented with the letter and an opportunity to speak directly with me, refused to come to the phone. That Mr. Q[redacted]’s Virginia Business License cites a false or fraudulent business address. That Mr. Q[redacted] may be in violation of other elements of his business license with the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or other regulations related to his business practice.Thank you very much,  [redacted]
