Collaboration products delivered are far from what was sold to me by INE. I purchased the 10 day boot camp and collaboration materials from INE on 02/10/2014. After months of not seeing the product I was promised I started to complain to INE customer service. I have expressed my dissatisfaction numerous times to the support staff and always receive the answer "soon." I have been nothing but patient throughout this event but feel I have wasted my money.Most events I had were chat sessions or phone calls with [redacted]. My questions were simple and asking about when the products would be delivered. For about two weeks I was told the racks would be delivered the next day. [redacted] suggested I contact [redacted] to assist in a possible refund. I wrote to billing on 7/25/2014 and the response on 7/29/2014 was simply "The collaboration racks will be available later today or tomorrow morning. We cannot issue refunds for bootcamps or vouchers." The incomplete racks were not available until 8/12/2014.I spoke to [redacted] about using my voucher for their January class that was listed on the website. To my surprise the class was removed. He told me on 9/16/2014 that he'll be publishing the date soon and as of 10/3/2014 I see no changes. I have watched the videos and they are great but the rack rentals were not released until months after. The rack rental system is far from complete with no ability to load technology specific labs and with no workbooks published makes it hard to utilize the rack rental. How am I supposed to prepare for an exam this size by piecing together different resources you've offered over the years? I've been met with answers like "Use the voice workbooks and our current videos." This WOULD be an options IF I had the chance to load configs in the rack and if the labs still matched each other. My purchase was for a cohesive study and product experience which I have not received in over 8 months.Desired SettlementI would like the total amount of my original purchase refunded.Business Response Complaint from Revdex.com received via Sales Manager 11/13/14 through voicemail and follow up fax. Relayed action to Operations Manager to reach a resolution with customer. New Bootcamp date has been added and a seat has been reserved for customer. Customer notified. INE team will work extensively with customer to resolve issues at hand.
