Thank you very much for stepping into solving my door problem, I got contacted by the Owner of the Real Estate Intero and he promised me that the problem will be taken care of[redacted]

Review: The undersigned was denied to purchase new home from Intero Real-Estate and Builder Honey Grove Community in Arbuckle, California [redacted]

The denial was based on the fact that Honey Grove policy the builder, required all buyer to used Summit funding and no other lender is not accepted as, my lender Carrington Mortgaged LLC is not acceptable.

The buyer has the right to use any Lender who will guarantee funding and financing for the purchase of property. The policy employed by Honey Grove and implement by Intero Real-Estate Service is unlawful.

On May 3,2015, the undersigned visit the model Home at Honey Grove Community. Moreover on May 8, 2015 I sent an email to [redacted] with a pre-approval letter to purchase the new home from my Lender Carrington Mortgage Service, LLC Mr. [redacted] Rusfeldt, telephone ###-###-####. But a week had pass without response to my email or telephone call from [redacted] after two weeks. The undersigned drove up to the model home, and asked [redacted] why I had not heard from her or received a response.

She advise me that the pre-approval letter was reviewed by her preferred Lender Summit Funding, and that this Lender determine that the pre-approval did not provide the necessary guaranteed or details needed to enter into a written contract, based on the lender concern. I advise her that the pre-approval letter address her concern such as, income of both the undersigned, two year tax return, and if the co-signer my brother [redacted] would be occupying the property with me. I advised her that all these were checked she is questing had already been done by Carrington Mortgage, LLC and the co-signer my brother would be occupying the property with me.

Mrs. [redacted] them requested that I have my lender Carrington Mortgage, LLC Mr. [redacted] to call her, so that she could discuss her concerns or any questions she may have. To insure I didn’t misunderstand her, I had my realtor Mr. [redacted] from Really World Realty alliance to contact Mrs. [redacted], and she made no mention to him that it was the policy of Honey Grove to builder that only Summit Funding their preferred Lender must be used, and other lender is acceptable..

As you are aware, the Honey Grove Community is located in Rural Area, has obtain per-approval of USDA loan, whereas the pre-approval letter sent to Mr. [redacted], was for FHA loan both from Carrington Mortgage, LL.

Yesterday May 15, 2015 I receive a forward email from Carrington Mortgage, copy attached, whereas Mr. [redacted] state to the Lender that it is Honey Grove policy to have to used Summit Funding to finance the property, and no other lender is acceptable. This policy is unlawful, unfair to the consumer, and unfair treatment to the buyer.

Accordingly, assistance is needed from your office to resolve this issue and to expedite the purchase agreement for the said property, and processing of necessary paperwork.. All support documents to this complaint are attached.

Thanks in advance, Regards, [redacted] and [redacted]
