To whom it may concern

My problem with this “repair center” is similar to others. I took my Ipod 4th generation about two months ago so they could fix a faulty battery and they haven’t fixed it yet. I went almost every two days for the past 2 months and every time I’ve gone they’ve told me that they would call me back. They have never called me and that is why I go to the shop to find out what is happening with my repair. The lady in the front is helpless, every time I go she tells me that she is going to call me but she never called me even once. Every time my husband or me call the place they don’t pick up the phone. The last time I went to see what was happening with my Ipod they couldn’t find the Ipod and they told me to call them the next day to see if they could find my Ipod. When we called the other guy in the desk told me that he found the Ipod but that the job was not complete. So they told me to come back to the shop. Since I knew that they would not have it ready I decided to try my luck and called them the next day. They picked up but the same guy told me that the Ipod had another issue and that he was going to fix it and call me back. That was one month ago and I have not received any call back from them. I am tired of going back and forth without them repairing my Ipod. They’ve been very irresponsible with me and other costumers. I tried my best being patient with them, but I lost my patient already. That is why I am filling this complaint with Revdex.com. I would like them to fix my Ipod as soon as possible and rebate the repair price to half since they were very irresponsible and are making me have a bad time.

At first they told me the cost to fix it was $40.00 dollars but then after they found “the new issue” the cost went up to $60.00 dollars. I would like to get a rebate of at least 40% off the total cost. I think is very reasonable because they are making me have a bad time and I have spent a lot of money in Metrocards just to go to their place.

I hope Revdex.com help me and give some advice to this business because they are not doing things in the right way.

Review: On 6/*/13 The TV repair person came to my house to see what the problem was on my TV which I had no sound, The repair person check it out and said that he had to take the transistor and get another. About two to three weeks later. The repair person comes back and open up the TV the transistor don't fit. So he said that he wanted to take the TV to the shop. After that I haven't received my TV since. Now I call the shop the voice mail is full and in August I stop by the shop and talked to the owner wife and she said that she will get back to me. I didn't hear from the shop. I stop by the shop on 8/**/13 with my daughter to see if my TV was fit I ask for my TV to be deliver on Saturday, I was hoping for them to call me and let me know what time they were going to bring the TV. I stop by the shop on Wed to tell them to bring it on Sat and we will talk about the price since it has been over 2 month and a half. I don't think that I should price the full price of $200.00. The owner said that he call me and I told him I did not received any call from him, plus they didn't leave a message so I said that this is not the correct way of handle bussiness , if you couldn't get me by phone you have my address you could have send me a letter. And we going back and forward. I asked so when can I get my TV he still want to talk about he call me, and I getting upset. So I asked how much. He still talking about the phone call and I had enough so I said I will report you to the bussines bureau. I don't think it fair that I spin my money and can't get good service. I almost forgot about the computer. I bought and the side of the tower don't fit and I still don't have the right cover for it.Desired Settlement: I want my TV fit and deliver to my home with a reduce price and the cover for my computer.
