Spoke with [redacted] and he said that this issue will be resolved with the consumer as soon as he can get in touch with her.

I am rejecting this response because: I have an open claim with them for a year and we keep going back and forth with no real results. I have paid my insurance premiums for over 3 years without been late or ever missing a payment. I want to resolve the problem not talk again.
