I am rejecting this response because: this same promise (from Tirondola Painting) of someone coming to my home to review the painting problems/issues was originally made last October (2016)I have been waiting just shy of a yearA voice mail was left on my home phoneI followed up on Friday, September 16th and was asked to call backI will call again on Monday, September 19thBut until someone does come to my house and repaints it, I cannot accept another empty promise
