Horrible Management's
First off To Stay In Line For More Then 20mins In The Cold Isn’t Not Right,
Management Is limited On their workers, some are helpful others, have bad customer service, I recently visited the location with family celebrating a party, I’ve seen a manger be very obnoxious, towards an child whom may be maybe 13-15, due to fact it’s not proper for an adult to be that close to a miners face. After She Had Approcahed A mother, yelling At Her telling her to leave the premises very closely again to where she had her fingers pointing in her face, as the woman tries to speak to the mom she calls her child infront of customers and coworkers, it was just an over all bad handling with the manager on duty, I hope the management an workers can work something out for better security as well! An caring for others around an how we all speak to one another !

I took my four sons roller skating this week (school vacation) my youngest son received a coupon for discount admission from his teacher....thought that would be a lot of fun for them. Well, to start off I couldn't believe that they made me, the mother who was NOT skating pay $7.50 to go watch my children. How ridiculous!! They said I could leave them & come back. NO WAY! They are first grade second grade fourth grade & sixth grade. So yes I paid. Who would just leave their children??? Anything could happen. Second, the skates were awful. They did not have a tightening strap around the top of ankle for proper fit and support and none of them had any braking device to help stop. We stayed for one hour & left. I will never take my family to interskate 91 South again. Very disappointed!

False advertisement with unsubstantial information to the public regarding their schedule and prices.Interkate 91 website had listed under the Friday schedule admission free for parents and $7 per child including a snack and free coffee from 12:30 to 2pm. When we arrived the admission person said it was $7:50 per person and was listed under the Special Events tab that it was Monopoly day. When we told her what the Friday schedule said; she agreed and told us she had been getting a lot of complaints. So, I requested to speak to the manager who told us that when you go on the site there is an area that says Special Events and has this week's schedule on it. I told her that there should have been a disclaimer that when you go into the schedules tab, it would say that the regular schedule was not being held this week d/t Special Events. She agreed but did nothing to rectify the issue. I ended up paying $37.50 for my two 3 year old twins and my son to play in their playscape for 2 hours. I was so mad. The manager then told me that I didn't have to come in if I didn't want to. This made me even more upset, considering my children were already told that this is what we were going to do for fun for the day.I will never return there again.Desired SettlementIt would have been nice to be offered a refund for at least the parents, or given a voucher for the kids to be able to play games...something.Business Response Our regular Romp and Roll sessions run on Tues. and Fri, with the exception of school vacation weeks or special events. This complaint happened on February school break. After our session manager explained, the complainant seemed satisfied, and entered center. On her way out she voiced her complaint again to Rob our [redacted], who offered her passes ** come back which she refused. She them called the center and Rob again offered her passes ** come another time. Again she refused. We have been in business 25 yrs. & work extremely hard to keep our guests happy. We feel in this case we worked hard to resolve this issue, which makes this complaint even more troubling to us. We feel this is a misunderstanding, and are glad to have the chance to share our point of view. We are at a loss for what more we can do since we already offered her passes [redacted] she refused. We would again be happy to send her passes ** come to a future session. Thanks[redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I was offered free passes ** return; however, I did reply that I would not be coming back because the initial [redacted]'s being so aloof over the matter. Again, as I have stated before, had they rectified the issue at that time by offering me the Romp and Stomp prices and value, I would have been satisfied. Also, even after my complaint, they still did not change the information (or lack there of) on the website.Final Business Response This comes down to a matter of perspective, and obviously the consumer feels she received some improper service. However, the session manager that was involved has since moved on, and is no longer employed here for unrelated reasons. We are making improvements on the schedule page of our website to better inform the customers of changes in regular scheduled times to avoid similar situations in the future. We now realize it can be somewhat confusing when we go from regular schedules to special events. It is with feedback like this, that we can make improvements. The offer still stands to try our services with four free passes ** any afternoon session, including a regularly scheduled Romp, Stomp N Roll, as well as $5 in game tokens, for a value of $45.
