This is my written rebuttal concerning my complaint of Intersport Fitness Inccharging me membership fee's well beyond my membership(June extpdate) I was continued to being charged for years months after my One year membership had expiredIntersports contract states that they can extend my contract for " an additional year" with this said why did Intersport continue to charge me another year months (months total after additional year was tacted on)I feel that by contract I should be given back the additional months.In conclusion I feel that they had no right to continue to take payments from me after the one year executionThey were well aware that I was not coming to the gym after June They took my money for their own gain, and are probably doing the same thing to other members.Your help with this is greatly appreciatedI am only seeking justice for myself and hopefully by doing so I can change Intersports way of thinking.P.Smonths$per month$charged unfairlySincerely, [redacted] 5-13-[redacted]
