I called Don at Interstate Air yesterday when my A/C unit stopped cooling my home Note, it was only a mere degrees in the valley My family and I appreciated the quick response and within a few minutes after arrival he was able to get the unit working again Don is very professional and does an excellent job Don even followed up the next day to see how the unit was running Don was recommended to me by my father and I as well would recommend Don at Interstate Air

Two weeks ago we had of our units go outThe temperature was in record high around We were referred to ***, the owner of Interstate AirHe came over within hour of us calling to give us a quoteHe quoted us $under the guy we typically use for our air problems [redacted] gave us the option of scheduling on a Sunday as well [redacted] was thorough on our options and was professional with keeping in communication with usThe installers came at the time quoted and were quick and professional with the installationI would highly recommend using Instate Air for your heating and cooling needs
We have been talking about replacing both our year old AC units for some time Can we make it thru another summer ? But the biggest question is who to use, who would be fair, good workmanship, who could I trust of the 100"s of company's in the valleyWho of my friends have had there replaced and who would they recommend ? Im in luck, a very good friend just had it done, they recommended, I contacted Donny [redacted] , owner, Interstate Air His response was incredibly quick, did an inspection, provided a recommendation , provided the cost, we talked thru the expectations and next stepsI liked his honestly and personality Set the date, crew came out, all three where very nice guys with the right work attitude and work ethic I like that !!!! All done in one day, and both units with new thermostats ready for the summer to come, and winter also What an easy process and STRESS free Thank you Don, thank your crew , you have my recommendation and friendship Great Experience.!!!!!
