said there is no bed bugs in room at all. Their case number is 17-123 person who has came out and did inspections his name is [redacted] If you have any questions you can call at case county health department at (XXX)-XXX-XXXX. Also I am going to attachment of their report that they faxed to us. But you are more than welcome to contact me or health department regarding this issue. We are always checking for anything that is not supposed to be. If we have problem we are always on top of it but in this case we have closely observed and checked and we had professionals check and looked in to it too. There is nothing I can do if there is no problem and they just want money. If we had our health department or if we seen any of bed bugs we would be taking care of problem but there is non so we can not help you.

They had 2 days to treat the room for bugs after I made my complaint before health dept showed up , I have pics of the spacific room with the bugs in pic ,the health dept told me it was possible for them to treat the room in that amount of time,they also DID NOT check any other rooms .I dont believe the owner ,he is a liar and a pc of [redacted] and a coward ,I stand behind my claim 100% and will back it up with pics.owner cant even return a phone call ,not very good bussiness practice and sounds.like a guilty one to me ,anyone who doubts me contact me I will show proof
