I have replied to this This being said, based off my memory of what my team provided here is the summary responseCustomer came in with a series of known issues he told us from two different service shops One of the issues was a weak battery, so we tested and verified as such then gave him recommendations, of which one was with other issues, they may, may draw down a new battery, so it's up to you, but while we are not mechanics, we don't want you to have a new battery get drawn down due to POTENTIAL other issuesSo he had us install the OEM spec battery That's it, the results of the customers continued issues with his vehicle, his choice of service shops was his choice, again were known issues coming to us in advance Clearly issues were found by a third Shop it appears and fixed It does not say another battery was installed, our Batrey was bad, its at times common for a shop to say maybe this was the cause, maybe that was the cause, but what we do, what we did for this customer in no way caused or contributed to the already know multiple issues with his vehicle

And that response was nonresponsiveIt was jibberist made no senseThe guy can't even spell battery correctlyThere is not a problem with our carThere is not a problem with the installation of the batteryThere is not a problem with the new batteryThe issue is the old battery only lasting yrsand the warranty not being what it should beThe issue is having to spend more money to prove the battery is defective then to forego the warranty entirely and buy a new battery outrightThe issue is the inconvience we went throughThe new battery was purchased at Luckey's and Luckey's deals with Interstate Battery on 124th StreetThat is where the defective battery was returned to by Luckey'sDeal with the correct playersDon't bring in people who know nothing of the situation and ask them to respond to our complaintThat is a waste of everybody's time.So yes, we reject the response as totally unresponsive

I hired Wheaton Van Lines of which Lake Country Moving & Storage is one of their agents. I made a credit card payment which appears that Lake Country took the payment as agent to Wheaton van Lines

text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">We have no other known complaints to date and we are very proud of this fact.  We have an experienced and well trained team.  The service that Mr. [redacted] came to our business for which was to provide a free battery courtesy test and replacement if necessary is at the core of our business and something we do every day, some[redacted]es many, many [redacted]es a day.
Mr. [redacted] made it know that he came to our business for a reason, that reason was his vehicle was not performing properly for reasons beyond our knowledge and area of expertise, for we are not automotive mechanics nor do we ever offer or provide any such information.  Mr. [redacted] made the comment to our two team members that he reference in his complaint that he had two(2) service shops look at his vehicle and they unfortunately let him know there were many issues with his vehicle that needed his attention, of which one(1) of them is his automotive battery, again this is the reason to our knowledge why he came to our business.
We performed the respective battery test, free of charge, informed him that his battery was marginal at best, offered him options of batteries to purchase for his vehicle.  He made the decision to purchase a battery and have us remove the old battery and install the new one for him.
We followed as always the necessary and appropriate steps in removing and installing an automotive battery in his vehicle, this is again a very common service we offer and do on a daily basis with zero complaints other then this one from Mr. [redacted].
We replaced his battery, for some reason(s) it would not completely turn over, there was clearly power to the vehicle as many of the vehicle lights and instruments were on and reading, but the vehicle would not turn over and start.
We decided to error on the side of caution for Mr. [redacted] and install yet another new battery, which is the correct and factory designated battery for him, simply to make sure that for any reason at all there was not an issue with the first new battery, we installed yet another new battery in his vehicle and still the same result, his vehicle would turn on, lights, instrument lights, radio, etc, but the car would not turn over.
At this [redacted]e, based on the information that Mr. [redacted] made known to us of there being known issues(s) provided to him by two(2) service shops, we could only assume on our end that this was the reason for his vehicle not starting.  We offered him a few suggestions of service shops we know and trust in the immediate area, that could pick up his car and provide him with solutions to whatever the issue(s) may be with his vehicle and THE cause for his vehicle not starting and performing overall as it should.
Mr. [redacted] chose to go to Don Jacobs as he mentions in his complaint, have a Dealership which is a for profit business, and often as you and many of us know may often be a very expensive choice to have any service work done as his choice to solve some or all of his issue(s) with his vehicle.
Mr. [redacted] to my knowledge of the situation reached out to us, let us know of his situation with his vehicle and told us that he would for some reason keep us in the loop of what was going to be needed to be done to fix his vehicle.  At face value we were accepting of this, wishing for him that it would be a speedy and as affordable as possible fix.
Clearly Mr. [redacted] has in his vehicle THE battery he purchased from us, he makes not mention that the Dealership had to replace the battery or the battery was the cause of his vehicle NOT starting.  So the statement that neither of the batteries would NOT start his car is false and not accurate and we did not JUMP his vehicle, so this statement of a backwards jump is also NOT accurate and false as well.
He had to have service done, chose to service shop, made it known to us that he has issues with his vehicle and had to have some or all of the necessary work done to his vehicle.  We in no way caused or provided any catalyst for his issues, nor does the service receipt provided by Don Jacobs clearly or specifically say we did.
Kindly,
[redacted]

And that response was nonresponsive. It was jibberish. It made no sense. The guy can't even spell battery correctly. There is not a problem with our car. There is not a problem with the installation of the battery. There is not a problem with the new battery. The issue is the old battery only lasting 2 yrs. and the warranty not being what it should be. The issue is having to spend more money to prove the battery is defective then to forego the warranty entirely and buy a new battery outright. The issue is the inconvience we went through. The new battery was purchased at Luckey's and Luckey's deals with Interstate Battery on 124th Street. That is where the defective battery was returned to by Luckey's. Deal with the correct players. Don't bring in people who know nothing of the situation and ask them to respond to our complaint. That is a waste of everybody's time.So yes, we reject the response as totally unresponsive.
