Rain storm - It had rained before and there was no leakage Then a bad storm with tornado like winds
blew through and blew the rain sideways under the doors We went down immediately and fixed the problem We understood that there were some boxes in the building that got wet on the bottom.Cut lines - Unfortunately some lines were cut We couldn't call AT&T to go out ourselves, so we asked the customer to do so We told them we would pay any costs for the repairs They said AT&T did not charge them.Windstorm - It has taken a long time to get the windstorm certificate Our regular engineer was taking care of it and had been out to the job and then he got sick His office kept saying he would be back Then he died Then his office kept saying that they had someone to finish up his work Then we could not reach them anymore We had to find another windstorm engineer and we are working with them Once they go out, it takes them weeks for more to do the calculations Then they tell us what more they want done They gave us a list and we went out and did them When they went back out, they wanted some more things done We have done them and the engineering company is going back out today As soon as they are satisfied, the windstorm will be turned in and a certificate will be issued.Cement - The slab is structurely sound and was done to windstorm specifications The cracks are heat cracks We did not contract to do a driveway There was concrete left over and they asked if we would put it down on the grass We did so, but told them it would not last.Contractor list - The only extra contractor was the plumber The plumber did extra work for them and they were given his number.There were several statments made that we do not know where they came from Such as we were out of money and that is why it is taking so long Or that if we closed down they were out of luck No one at WDL said anything like this WDL is not going out of business and we warranty our work.We should be getting the windstorm certificate any time now The job is completed and we expect to paid the remaining $5,once the certificate is issued.Tell us why here
