[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Interstate Credit did not properly investigate this claim before they took the business There was never any merit to this claim as the hospital never billed me or my insurance How is a person to pay a bill if the bill is never sent to them? Interstate Credit called my home and sent me letters without merit This was harassment with no merit or rationale This is the problem with these types of agencies: they act before they check the evidence I am a person who has resources, but this is an unfortunate business practice for those who do not have the resources to challenge foul business practices that I do Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Interstate Credit did not properly investigate this claim before they took the business.  There was never any merit to this claim as the hospital never billed me or my insurance.  How is a person to pay a bill if the bill is never sent to them?  Interstate Credit called my home and sent me letters without merit.  This was harassment with no merit or rationale.  This is the problem with these types of agencies:  they act before they check the evidence.  I am a person who has resources, but this is an unfortunate business practice for those who do not have the resources to challenge foul business practices that I do.

Review: Received a call from Interstate Credit Collection (ICC)demanding that I settle a bill from a hospital from 2012. Was not willing to offer any information when telling her that I owe no one any monies. This lady's response was all she knew was that she is suppose to have me settle this over $200.00 bill that was in fact a financial obligation that was not mine and then told me that she was going to put it in the system as my refusing to pay and bill would end up on my credit report. Now we all know how important credit is and I always fulfill my financial obligation to get my score right where it needs to be. This is Illegal and should be reported. How can someone just come pout of the blue and demand you pay right then for something you know nothing about!!!! How many other people are they doing this to (I bet a lot). Spoke with her manager who she quickly put on the phone after my getting upset with her not listening to anything that I had to say and he was even more ignorantDesired Settlement: I would like to file a complaint with this company and will also like to file a civil law suite against them for fraudulent practices and illegal operations.
