how much it cost and then going so far as to verbally threaten to drop the same amount of dirt  back onto my property, I do not accept this response nor do I want the company or any of its employees to come back onto my property to address the variety of cracks in the cement. As a customer I simply wanted the company to honor its warranty and show up. Prior to me submitting a complaint with the Revdex.com, I was more than patient with the company.  Not one, but two times the company scheduled appointments to  come out, both of which were missed with no communucation from the company before, during, or after. Nonetheless, I am going to cease communications with this company and I ask that the company do the same. This will unfortunately include foregoing the warranty (which as a customer they should have acted as a professional business and honored without the need for such action), no further phone calls, and most importantly any representative of the company coming to my home to address  the cracks or leaving dirt I paid to have removed. I will address any further concerns pertaining to the cement cracks with another company. I would rather pay another company to fix this issue than have it addressed under the "warranty" of this company.
