situation I began an extensive investigation, including interviewing all employees, tracing all possible paper trails and reviewing our caller ID for Sept29, There is no indication that our company received the initial request for serviceService is our business and we have an impeccable record for taking care of our customersWhen Ms*** called our office on Sept30, and informed our employee that we forgot her service call, we looked into the situation and could find no evidence of anyone taking her service callWhen we called her back to inform her of this, Ms*** told us she had found another company to do the serviceRegards, *** *** Vice President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My issue is that my concern regarding the employee's conduct--over the phone--was not resolved or even addressed in the owner's responseI feel as though this issue would be able to be resolved if the owner would personally contact me, by phoneAgain, I feel as though the owner has a right to know how his employees are conducting themselves and how their conduct may be a negative reflection of the company's image.
