Review: Manager billing for services not authorized to perform. Double billing for services. Inacurate hourly billing as specified by wrecker operator. Billing for recovery supervisor. Billing for bringing wrong equipment to accident scene. Billing for large wrecker for 2 hrs of service when only provided1 hr from shop to scene and back to shop provided.Provided locked down space to prevent owner recovery and then charged to vehicle owner when it was only for Interstate Emergency asset protection / not vehicle owner. The key to my vehicle was left in the Ignition of truck. The fencing would have only prevented an honest person (me) from taking the truck.Desired Settlement: Remove all false charges and return approximately$964.00 to my company. And appologize for the wrongful billing practices.

October 22, 2015 [redacted] Attached is a copy of our invoice, our application to the State Police to provide emergency towing and service stating our rates applying to this recovery and showing a 2 {two} hour minimum. The invoice shows 2 (two) hours for each truck and supervisor which is what our minimum charge is for equipment used. The lock down space is for our storage facility. The storage fee is charged for ail vehicles towed into our lot and put in our storage facility as we are responsible for these vehictes. I did try to explain this all to the customer at the time of payment, there is no mistake or over charge in the invoice for the work provided. As far as biding for services not authorized to perform, Mr, [redacted]'s driver roiled the truck over on the highway. The State Police called us to upright it and tow it away. We did what we were instructed to do by the State Police, without causing any further damage to the vehicle.
