We represent Interstate Farm Supply. With regard to the complaint referenced above, the husband of the complainant placed an order for six (6) gallons of fuel additive at a total cost of $840.00. The order was shipped the same day. When the complaint was made, our client immediately refunded the $840.00. When the six (6) gallons were delivered, complainant also complained to Fed Ex and wrote her complaint on the boxes. The complainant has no legitimate basis for her complaint, and her continual and continued complaining are defamatory, i.e. damaging to the reputation and business of my client. I hereby order her to cease and desist from her false complaints. Otherwise, we may file suit against her in federal district court.

Review: My husband received a phone call from a gentleman representing Inter State Farm Supply asking him to try a fuel additive for our semi trucks. This would help with fuel mileage and save us significantly on fuel costs for our trucking company. My husband provided the gentleman our Visa Card number and contacted me to place in check book. This sent many red flags up and so I pulled up my account on line. Noting that instead of the 8.40 which should have been charged for the one 16 oz bottle of additive a charge of 840.00 was placed on our account. I immediately contacted my financial institution and made them aware of the situation. I had to go through many departments and contacts to make everyone aware of the situation. I had to make a fraud charge and the institution agree to do a chargeback to our account within 10 business days. They are going to investigate the situation and contact me with updates. I have contacted the attorney generals office in New York to notify them of the business and to see if they had a contact number for the business that I could try to reach them. They pulled up same information in regards to the company: Inter State Farm Supply, [redacted]. I asked if they could direct me any where. They indicated that I should make Revdex.com aware of same so no other individuals or businesses need to be affected by this fraudulent company. I would like for [redacted] or Inter State Farm Supply of Holbrook NY to be held accountable for these fraudulent charges. I also wish that our financial institution would be allowed to cancel a charge if based on fraud. I shouldn't have to give the funds to this company and have my institution provide the money back to me because of their dishonesty.Desired Settlement: I know my bank is having to issue the money back to my account. I feel that they should be able to cancel a charge before it posts to an account if fraud is expected. I don't feel it is right for that individual to be able to get money fraudulently, while we are out working hard to make the funds to pay our business bills, employees, etc. I would like for this company to be shut down and they have to refund the money to my financial institution. I would love for them to be prosecuted.
