Let me first apologize for the length of time that is has taken to respond to your letter of 12-11-complaint #*** First contact from *** *** was two calls on 12-4- The first call left a name and number The second call was a complaint about a guy named Jason
The complaint in its totality was that Jason took boxes of product that was involved in a recall and going to return at a later date and replace I called on 12-5-and talked to *** briefly when she handed the phone to her daughter *** I spent minutes and seconds talking with ***, which consisted mostly of me trying to figure out who they were talking aboutWe have no Jason with us I finally got a description and asked *** how she got our number She told me it was on our brochure and after looking closer we decided with the description she gave the the name looked more like Dustin J She told me that they bought and received a lot of product in the past from Dustin with no problem I asked *** if they had a receipt from Dustin where he had picked up the boxes She said no At the point I told *** that without a receipt as proof I wasn't certain what I could do for her (not as she stated because he as an independent contractor) based on the fact that *** *** is not in our system as a customer I suggested she call the police and file a complaint again expressing my concern as to wheat they could do for her without a receipt.On 12-7-*** and I talked on the phone again for minutes and seconds I asked if she had called the police yet She said noDuring the conversation *** said her main concern was to get him off the street She in fact at the very end of our conversation offered to buy boxes for $and I told her I would see what the company was willing to do help her I felt bad for her and *** *** I told her I would provide any information to the police about Dustin Jobe.In sum*** the only complaint or concern was the boxes that Dustin took Never was $mentioned, in fact just the opposite As I stated they had bought and received a lot of product from Dustin and another fellow called Brandon S Brandon Snever worked with us In the original complaint it was about the boxes, which we have recorded on our voicemail.Respectfully,WilliamR.Interstate Food Service LLC
