Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I did want to make one more comment.I did speak with [redacted] from the Warranty Company [redacted] and per ***, someone backed up or ran over something which bent the control armThen overtime, where the control arm was bent, it started to rust which, in the end, caused the control arm to eventually breakPer [redacted] from [redacted] , there was rust in the break of the control arm and per [redacted] from [redacted] , it would have taken a lot longer than from the time of my purchase in March to the time that it broke in October for that amount of rust to accumulateTherefore the control arm was already bent and faulty and rusted at the time of my purchase Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] As to this complaint, the email parts request came in on Christmas day, the parts manager was on vacation over the Christmas holidays and missed the email Our parts manager is the only person in the department assigned to manage the ebay wholesale account A process we have since corrected Ford Motor Company arranged an avenue for dealers to sell obsolete parts on line through ebay It is a relatively new process and we are continually trying to improve our processes Customer payments are made through [redacted] and any refunds due are done the same way We do not receive any funds until the part is delivered and the transaction is complete which obviously did not happen in this case In response to the lack of our parts department not answering calls or returning calls I wish to apologize to Mr*** I believe we have an excellent receptionist who is well trained and very customer service oriented who will bring any of these types of concerns directly to me We do provide voice mail and I have been assured that a follow up phone call would not gone unanswered.I understand that a full refund of $from ebay was issued to Mr [redacted] on January 17, 2018, and will provide you a copy of the email from ebay that will support that If, by some chance, this information is incorrect please advise me and will follow up to see what may have occurred I, deeply regret that Mr [redacted] does not want any further contact with our company We are a small company, that prides itself in providing excellent customer service in everything we do We failed to meet our customer’s expectations this time, and I as the General Manager, will take responsibility and my apologies to Mr***.Repectfully,Mike H***General ManagerInterstate Ford [redacted] Attachments area

forwarding a copy of the letter and check sent to Ms*** to reimburse her for the cost of her repair on the vehicle she purchased from Interstate FordAs we discussed, I did not agrees that we sold her the unit with a broken control arm as we do a thorough inspection on every used car we sellThat and the fact that it took 6-months for the problem to showWe reimbursed Ms*** as a show of good faith and customer goodwillIf you have any further questions, please contact me. *** *** General Manager

The resolution I would like is for Interstate Ford to reimburse me for the payment I made in full for the parts and labor since Interstate Ford sold me an unsafe vehicle
