We have used Interstate Heat & Air to provide regular checks on our heating and air conditioning units for several years We had to replace the 20+ year old AC unit about years ago They helped us choose the best one for our situation They are true professionals, friendly, always on time, and never leave a mess!

Interstate Heat & Air promised a $tuon a perfectly good air conditioning unit that was running well and left with more than $leaving an air conditioning unit that does not workThey saw an elderly disabled man, who was unable to monitor their work and hard sold services and parts that were not needed until after they arrivedThey obviously bought their accreditation as they have no reviews positive or negative in the years they have been in businessI would warn prospective customers to be prepared for high costs or shop around for better service and more honest technicians
We needed to have our unit serviced (maintenance) and when I called, they were out the next morning This is the 2nd time we have used them, and we will continue to use them Their staff is very professional and helpful I always receive a call when they are on their way and then again about minutes before they get here The service techs have been very polite and informative on both occasions We love these guys and I refer them to everyone I can
I decided to get a service contract with Interstate a couple of years ago now and I am very happy with that decision I feel the technicians who service my account are very well-trained and knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems, something I really don't know that much about, myself I also feel they are honest with me about what needs to done right away versus what could be put off for a while if necessary This is especially true of MrJordan Gibson, who has been here several times, including my most recent semi-annual check up I trust him to tell me the truth about what I need to do
I would also like to compliment the office staff who always call when it's time to schedule that semi-annual appointment They call the day before to confirm and also on the day of the appointment to let me know the technician is on his way

I am very sorry to hear about the troubles with your central heating and cooling system that we installed in December 2003.i
have known this customer for a very long time and I would have and will make this writenot sure who you spoke with at the company but it doesn't make sense not to repair the system and why you the customer spent any money repairing it this system came with a year labor and parts warranty that went into effect December 9th and had full warranty under it thru December 9th we have not been to your home since July 8th 2010.as far as the insulation on the PVC exhaust in this was not code this became a code that was enforced in or sothis was done to prevent freezing of the PVC linesif the unit has rust on the heat exchanger and is damaged the unit has a lifetime heat exchanger warranty and the labor would have been covered by us or any licensed contractorthis warranty is with Carrier not interstate Heat and Air, but I never want a customer to feel like we would not stand behind our product, installation or service workwe would be willing to come out determine what's wrong order or pick up parts and install them at no chargeI wished I could have got this call instead of a letter from the Revdex.comthere should never be a reason to have a third party involved if the company does what it says it will doand for that you have my deepest apologiesI have tried calling both numbers I have for you and did not reach you on either numbers please feel free to call me at the shop or my cell number at any time to resolve this issue as soon as possible
I have had several pleasant service visits by Interstate I always get a reminder call the day before and another call when the serviceman is headed my way He joked a bit about the age of my system (just over years) but didn't try any sales pressure to get me to buy today The servicemen have always been very professional and very pleasant
