Interstate Heating & Cooling

Review: Interstate (also dba "Carrolton Refrigeration" charges a hidden $50 bidding fee. First, I called for them to clean two room a/c, one person showed up on 7/28 not to do the job but to bid the job. He says it will be $250 & they will be back on 7/30 in the p.m.; they do not show but call to say they will come tomorrow in the early a.m.; they arrive in the late afternoon & when finished they present a bill for $300 including $50.00 for the estimate!Desired Settlement: Refund of the $50.00 is sought as it was not stated until the bill was presented that it was due. Hidden $50.00 fee is unfair.
