Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Manager never specified this and told me DIRECTLY that for the $Diagnostics Fee that I will NOT be charged it, especially after I brought it up to her intention about the charge when I was giving the keys over to her and noticed it on paperThe work was COVERED, thus they were getting paid for the parts and labor that were covered from the Meineke in GeorgiaThis only shows that asides from being paid their warranty work, the Manager sought to make another profit off the customer even though they were paidThe business has one week before I have the charges disputed with my CC company with the evidence I have and witnesses (especially from my GA Meineke) Regards, [redacted] ***
