Review: Black mold in the bathrooms, some rooms are worse than others. Roaches. Found a HUGE spider crawling on me in the shower, biggest I've seen outside of Texas. There was a stabbing here recently. A lot of people live here permanently. Some of which are open about being addicted to crack. One of the maids is super nice but severely underpaid. Our room lost power frequently, flipped the breakers using the microwave, which also didn't work right. One time we were told to wait til the next day for maintenance to flip the breaker. Horrible customer service all around. Even the free coffee in the lobby is disgusting, they just reuse the same grinds and it comes out like water. Wifi doesn't work.Desired Settlement: Refund of rates paid to stay here, and compensation for doctors appointments and time off of work die to respiratory infection.
