I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While the promise to pay is not a guarantee of keeping the vehicle available to me for sale without a down payment and insurance in place, I promised on the 2nd of July, 2014. I promised I would have my down payment by July 5th, 2014. I showed up at the lender on July 3rd, 2014 and was informed the vehicle had been sold, after I had gone through all this trouble to get insurance on a vehicle that no longer existed for sale. How am I supposed to secure insurance for a vehicle when obviously I can't do it fast enough before it is sold? Perfectly unacceptable and impossible to expect.

I'm sorry our response wasn't to your satisfaction but it seems the only resolution to your complaint that would make you happy was a car at no charge to you.  Unfortunately that's not possible.

worst service ever! car has never run! I have bought the first one and it kept breaking down, then they offered to trade it for another and that one was worst than the first and they refuse to do anything! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN! CROOKS! THEY ALSO HARRASS YOU EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE PAID ON TIME AND SUPPLIED PLENTY OF INSURANCE FOR THEM!

We're very sorry for the feelings you have regarding your experience.  Unfortunately without the down payment money and insurance in place a vehicle cannot be considered sold even with a "promise to pay."  As Ms [redacted] stated every attempt was made to work with her by...

getting her to come back as soon as possible and then to get her into a different car once it was discovered that the car she was interested in was sold. 
Asking for a car at no charge to Ms [redacted] is an unreasonable request.  We would be happy to continue to work with Ms [redacted] to get her into a vehicle if she chooses.
