Review: I got locked out of my office. My wife called this company to help us. They sent a guy out but avoided giving us a price. She called back and got them to say that it is $49 to come out and evaded anything more specific then that. When the guy arrived he wanted to charge us $150. I thought that was crazy. I barely got him down to $130 and even that was crazy but he had me over a barrel and threatened to just leave. This was to unlock one simple door and took a total of 3 minutes.

Later I called the company pretending to be a new customer and asked their rates for a lockout. The man on the phone happily quoted me very specifically that it is $49 to come out and up to another $39 per door to unlock. At that point I revealed myself and what had happened. The man's attitude shifted and said he would call the work man who came out to get his side of the story to make sure and would call me back. That was 3 days ago! Never heard back.Desired Settlement: I get refunded the money stolen from me by their worker. $81 dollars
