Review: I responded to a mailing letter about lottery powerball numbers from a [redacted] and his associate director [redacted].I was sent a booklet of winning number report for $39,which stated if I am not satisfied I can return for double refund of my money back.that was in 6/**/13.when I got the report I saw it was the same old number report he had send me a few months before for $36,so I returned both reports and ask for my money back.no one answered my letter,but they kept the report and did not give me my money back.I am tired of being ripped off by these people.I have kept all his advertising letters where he is selling this one number booklet with different discriptions and agents,when you think you are getting something else.twice now I got the same report,now I look for the address and dont respond anymore,because different people send out these mailings,and when you send for the report I see it is from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and have nothing more to do with [redacted] and his associates.If I have to send his mailings to consumer affairs in new york I will,some one should be checking those people out.
