out that MrT*** is not a customer or client of IMCORRather, he is a resident of a residential building adjacent to a 19-story office tower in the central business district of downtown PhoenixIMCOR is working as a mechanical subcontractor on an office tenant improvement project in the office towerRegrettably, IMCOR's work from March 13, - March 16, has disturbed MrT*** As was explained to MrT*** personally, IMCOR was directed by its customer, the general contractor, to perform certain work within the project during early morning hoursIMCOR followed this directive, and proceeded to perform the requested workApparently, the work created loud noises, which may have been amplified due to an echo in the alley between the buildingsUndoubtedly, MrT*** was agitated by IMCOR's work On the morning of March 15, 2017, MrT*** expressed his agitation by yelling out of his windows at IMCOR employ***Unfortunately, an IMCOR employee responded in an inappropriate manner, which MrT*** found disrespectfulWe sincerely apologize for such behavior IMCOR, at the direction of its general contractor, has: (i) moved the dumpster to the opposite end of the alley, and (ii) rescheduled its morning work hours at the projectWe believe these measures will help to minimize any further impact to MrT*** Please feel free to contact us should you have questions or comments or require additional information Thank you
