This company conducted a bait and switch , on both services and prices
When I originally agreed to the move , it was noted that a large safe would need to be moved I asked if the employees were coming in a company truck and if they were Day laborers or if they worked for the company on a full time basis I was assured they were company employees coming in a truck with sufficient dolly to move the safe Fast forward to the day of the move A uhaul truck arrives, two men show up instead of three as indicated on the contract estimate and no dolly for the safe They were shocked a large safe was involved even though it was listed I was wholeheartedly taken adavantage of , but it was the day of the move what choices did I have I was "discounted" for the one less guy but charged extra because they had to purchase more equipment to move the safe Wasted half my day waiting for another trip for this safe that I specifically mentioned in the beginning To add salt to the inju
