Worse experience of my life, I was originally told of a set price after giving them in full detail of my inventory list only to be told the day of the pick up that I had to pay double the original amount due to too much square foot which was NEVER mentioned when I gave the inventory list. Also I was originally told that I would receive a phone call 24 hours in advance before the pick up only to get a call the day before my original pick up from a random number stating they was 30 min away and could I meet them there, caught off guard I informed him I would have to call back after I speak to his company, I then contacted the company at the 800 number above spoke to a lady informed her I DO NOT want them to pick up my stuff on that date she informed me she will dispatch them and inform them NOT to come, then 10 min later I receive a call from the same random number asking if I was going to be ready I informed him to not pick up on the day he stated ok got off the phone, hour later I receive a call from my mother in law who I only authorized to open the storage unit since I was not going to be there tell me 3 guys are there to pick up my stuff and that the price is doubled even AFTER I spoke to TWO people and informed them not to go. Then I spoke to some so called manager who I manage to frustrate so much for him to curse me out because I stated his company is horrible and non professional worse experience of my life and on top of that they stated I had to pay 65% of the move for a cancelation fee even tho they didnt move anything out of the state , I was also originally told that if I wanted to cancel the move the day before I could my deposit back when I informed the manager since they came a day earlier even after I told 2 people not to can I get my money back and can the cancelation fee be waived he stated no They stated that even tho I am the primary name on the account that they can ask the 3rd party being my mother in laws consent to go ahead and get everything even tho I told 2 people from the company not too I never received a call 24 hours in advance instead they decided to contact my mother in law and she was under the impression they called me 1st so she agreed to meet them there thinking they was professional and contacted me 1st. All in all I would not recommend this company even if you had to move something 2 houses down very bad non professional scam artist group of people definitely more concerned about stealing your money rather then customer satisfaction.

There are multiple issues with the service I have received from customer service to deliveryEvery contact has been unprofessional / not forthcomingBefore booking I spoke to customer service several times to verify I had all the factsI was told by representative [redacted] that with the amount of belongings I had falling below the standard long distance move that they would allow several more pieces falling within the original quoteOnce the movers actually got to the storage location holding my belongings I was charged $more then what was quotedAlso when I booked I was told that the moving company had a two day window to pick up our belongingsWe agreed on that window being Tuesday, August 11, 2015-Wednesday, August 12, I was told by [redacted] in customer service that the Dispatch office would notify me to confirm pickup one to two days priorI advise several times in the course of this process that my husband and I would be leaving on Thursday, August 13, to make our way across country to our new home in Las Vegas, NV arriving on Monday, August 17, We had hotel and airfare already bookedI was told several times by [redacted] service this would not be an issueOn August Monday, August 10, around 5pm EST I was called by a Dispatch representative to advise that the movers would be to us for pick up on Wednesday, August 12, from 3pm-8pm ESTThen on Wednesday, August 12, at 2:45pm I received a call from a Dispatch representative stating that they would not be there until the following day, August 13, from 3pm-8pm ESTI advised them again that we would already have to be gone from NC and stated that I had told the Customer Service this several times during the booking processThe Dispatch representative advised me that I was "out of luck" and they had the right to change the schedule under the contract regardless of what Customer Service told me when bookingOnce the movers arrived on Thursday they told me first hand that the "company does not care about the customers or what they think" and that if they tried to help us as customers they would be putting their jobs as risk of terminationI asked the men moving us about a time line for when our things would arrive in Nevada from North Carolina and they laughed stating they had no ideaWhen I had booked [redacted] Service told me that the men picking up our furniture would be the one's delivering which is not true according to the actual moversCustomer Service also told me that "although the contract states up to business days it actually takes days." I asked if that meant business days and was told no it was calendar daysThis was not accurateToday is August 31, and our belongings were picked up on August 13, Today after requesting updates on our belongings multiple times over the course of several business days and getting no response at all a Dispatch Representative named [redacted] called me to tell me that our belongings "would be delivered tomorrow." I asked him about what time the movers would be here so I could be prepared and he then changed his answer to "they are leaving N.Ctomorrow and will be there in a day or so." I told him that the drive from N.Cto NV usually takes days and he then said, "yeah it will take some time." So I asked him what the actual estimated delivery day was and he could not answer meI asked him if they would contact me and he said, "yeah when they get there." As a customer who's professional background is in Customer Service and Human Resources I am amazed that this company is allowed to be in businessI also am worried that when they get here to deliver they will charge me even more then what was stated as a the delivery fee and will hold my items hostage until I pay out the extra chargesLastly it seems that the Revdex.com complaints and online reviews have done nothing to keep this company in checkIf I had not been referred by a colleague or quoted such a low price then I would have never booked with them

There are multiple issues with the service I have received from customer service to delivery. Every contact has been unprofessional / not forthcoming. Before booking I spoke to customer service several times to verify I had all the facts. I was told by representative [redacted] that with the amount of belongings I had falling below the standard long distance move that they would allow several more pieces falling within the original quote. Once the movers actually got to the storage location holding my belongings I was charged $1400 more then what was quoted. Also when I booked I was told that the moving company had a two day window to pick up our belongings. We agreed on that window being Tuesday, August 11, 2015-Wednesday, August 12, 2015. I was told by [redacted] in customer service that the Dispatch office would notify me to confirm pickup one to two days prior. I advise several times in the course of this process that my husband and I would be leaving on Thursday, August 13, 2015 to make our way across country to our new home in Las Vegas, NV arriving on Monday, August 17, 2015. We had hotel and airfare already booked. I was told several times by [redacted] service this would not be an issue. On August Monday, August 10, 2015 around 5pm EST I was called by a Dispatch representative to advise that the movers would be to us for pick up on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 3pm-8pm EST. Then on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 2:45pm I received a call from a Dispatch representative stating that they would not be there until the following day, August 13, 2015 from 3pm-8pm EST. I advised them again that we would already have to be gone from NC and stated that I had told the Customer Service this several times during the booking process. The Dispatch representative advised me that I was "out of luck" and they had the right to change the schedule under the contract regardless of what Customer Service told me when booking. Once the movers arrived on Thursday they told me first hand that the "company does not care about the customers or what they think" and that if they tried to help us as customers they would be putting their jobs as risk of termination. I asked the men moving us about a time line for when our things would arrive in Nevada from North Carolina and they laughed stating they had no idea. They stated that even tho I am the primary name on the account that they can ask the 3rd party being my mother in laws consent to go ahead and get everything even tho I told 2 people from the company not too I never received a call 24 hours in advance instead they decided to contact my mother in law and she was under the impression they called me 1st so she agreed to meet them there thinking they was professional and contacted me 1st.

All in all I would not recommend this company even if you had to move something 2 houses down very bad non professional scam artist group of people definitely more concerned about stealing your money rather then customer satisfaction.
