There was no sign posted at the entranceWhen I emailed your company they told me “they are not event calendars” and they do not post event ratesJust do not post early entrance signsYour website does not say anything about the early bird rate not being in effect.

I actually just received an email from the business today and we came to a satisfactory conclusionI am happy with the resolution

Mr*** left a message last week with our General Manager last week, Alan ***. Mr*** followed up immediately with Mr*** and requested a payment receipt in order to further investigate. Unfortunately, Mr*** did not receive a receipt but did follow up with our
site manager to address the customer service issue. Additionally, Mr*** explained that our employee's behavior was inappropriate and it would be addressed with our site manager immediately following the call.Mr*** followed up today with Mr*** and received his payment receipt. We are investigating possible errors in the rate calculation but in the meantime, we will be refunding Mr***'s payment in consideration for the inconvenience this situation has caused.

I'm sorry this customer is unwilling to accept our positionUnfortunately, we do not post event rates on our website. Event rates change daily and can even change on the day of an event. That said, moving forward we'd be happy to add a note on the website that state, "Event Rates as Posted"

Our website shows our regular daily rates for the property.? On game days/event days, we post signage at the entrances showing the event rate.? Customers can choose to park elsewhere if they do not want to pay the event rates.? They have that option before parking? ?
