Review: Contractor Laid blacktop on driveway and garanteed product for 2 years. After installing driveway started sinking and 2 to 2 1/2 inch deep and the width of tires. Called numerous times and finally workers came back and inspected driveway and told us how they were going to fix the problem and set a date to repair Driveway. My husband took three days off from work on three different days and all times no call, no show. This was last year Aug and Sept. Warranty is now up and we called Twice in the last two weeks and have got the run around both times. Yesterday 4-2-20013 I called and told the lady that answered the phone that I wanted to talk to [redacted]. She stated he wasn't in the office and I ask her when he would be back, she stated He would not be in all day and could she help me, and I answered no that I would only talk to owner and would call back until I caught him in the office. I hung up and minutes later (if it was that at all) the phone rang and a man supposeblly [redacted] was on the other end. I told him my complaint and he as much as called me and my husband liars and said he knew nothing about this matter. Promising to have his worker call and switched me back over to his Secretary to make another appointment for repairs. When the Dates did not satisfy me because they were dates that my husband works. She said she would call back with conformation of set time and dates. No call No ShowDesired Settlement: My husband has talked to other contractors and they have told him that the way they want to fix this problem is not a fix at all and will not hold. We want what we paid for. We ask all the questions at the beginning of this job, and we were garanteed there would not be a problem, and if so call them. And here we are.

The customer called in on Monday the 25 of March I let him know that the foreman would be getting in contact with him. That week the weather had pushed us back and that is why the he had not contacted them yet. The following Tuesday April 3 she called and asked for [redacted], I informed her he was not in and asked if there was something I could help her with, she said she would only speak with [redacted]. I called [redacted] and told him about the lady and he came into the office to call her. She explained her issue to him and he said that we would gladly take care of this, that we honor all warranties given and that I (the secretary) would schedule a date with her. I told her we were putting her on the schedule for Tuesday April 16, she informed me this was the last shot and that if we did not show she was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I assured her we would be their and apologized for the inconvenience, and [redacted] takes pride in his work as it is his name on the company and wants all customers to be satisfied. We are working to satisfy this with the customer.
