Interstate Paving

I got my driveway paved in March of 2020 and was very happy with the service and result. I paid for the entire service including for it to be sealed at the time and was told they would be back in 5 days to seal the driveway. 5 days came and went and nobody showed up. After calling the office I was told they were out of the oil based sealer they use and could not use any other sealer or it would "void the warranty" and they wanted proof I already paid for the seal to be applied to I texted a picture of the contract to the lady that took care of ordering the sealant and she would put me on a list to be done ASAP. In late June I got a call from a guy that was working in the area and wanted to come by and seal it but I told him I wasnt home to get other vehicles off the driveway. He said he would call later in the day but never did. After several texts with the office it was finally done July 11 2020

On 7/17/2018 I entered into a contract to have my driveway paved. Work was performed satisfactorily at the time. After completion I noticed a yellow piece of plastic had been rolled into the paving and was beginning to show more and more. Later, during the winter after water, snow and ice had been on the driveway I found another spot where a plastic water bottle had been rolled into the asphalt as well.
I have made numerous contacts via text message and email with the company and received many promises to come and fix it but continually never show up.

On May 4,2018 I got an estimate to remove old driveway and put in NEW $3760.00. on 7/27/18 there was an issue with the neighbors part, so removal was not recommended. ok. For the same price, $3760.00 they covered driveway with asphalt. I have sink spots and dips in the driveway. I have puddles throughout the driveway when it rains, spots with no asphalt, my drain pipe in the front has been blacktopped to the ground and broken. I have reached out to this company numerous times to come look and fix, I have sent them pictures. they're response. We will come out and take a look, EVERY time I called them. No one has ever called me back or came to look. I told them how dissatisfied I was and how horrible it looks, every time I called. Till this day, 1/7/19 no response.
