Revdex.com:Interstate Pest control states that they will refund me the $125. However, today --as to avoid damage to my credit report, though I still deny payment--I made a $145 payment to the collection agency. It would be great if Interstate pest will refund me for the full amount.

you brought up is being addressed. Our bed bug inspections are scheduled as a 45-minute appointment, based on the technician’s GPS that was at your home the inspection was completed in 21 minutes. Every situation is different, and sometimes the technician does not need the full time to identify bed bug activity. I do show an inspection report was sent on your behalf, along with bed bug prep sheets and treatment recommendations by email. I apologize if you did not receive those or the follow-up phone call from our office. I can understand how that would be frustrating. You feel our standard $125.00 inspection is not valid or feasible, so at this point we are writing that off as a gesture of good will and will also contact the collection agency to remove your account from their file. We regret losing you as a customer and want to make sure we severe our relationship on good terms. Thank you for providing us feedback.
