contact) for the HOA upon completion of our assessment of the leak and again upon notice of this complaint. We confirmed their agreement of our assessment and findings that the leak was not/is not our responsibility to repair.Please note: The homeowner did sign a Statement of Work Complete on November 2, 2016 that confirms/states “I have inspected the work performed by Interstate Restoration and/or its designated Subcontractor(s)” and “All work has been completed to my satisfaction” and “No items of work remain to be corrected or completed.” In addition, Interstate Restoration did not have a direct contract with the homeowner and did not perform the asbestos abatement or demolition work; therefore, Interstate had no involvement with associated delays or disposal of personal property.Thank you,
