I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As referenced in the original complaint, the homeowner did specify a time that they could be available (during lunch) to open their unit. Once Interstate Security determined that the issue was in the attic, we set up a time and confirmed it so that the attic access was opened during that time for Interstate to access the attic. They did not show up during the previously scheduled time so we opened the attic access the next day, just in case they didn't call but planned on coming the next day. Interstate did call once and said they were in route to the property and wanted the door opened to the attic access in an hour and that is unacceptable notice. The management company, [redacted], has schedules for our maintenance personal and it was unreasonable to ask for access with only one hour's notice. Yes, Interstate did attempt to get access, but with inadequate notice. When we agreed with Interstate for other access times, in advance, they did not show up. When we call for service for the intercoms at this condo community, there has never been immediate resolutions or repairs made; however, eventually they make it out for the repairs. This time in question is excessive and prompted the complaint.
