In reference to the complaint of the service performed on May 29,in which the customer states that his wheels and center were damaged during the service that was performed.Crawford Tires position is that due to the length of time between the date of service and when the complaint was brought to our attention we cannot be certain that Crawford Tire is at faultWe also cannot confirm or deny the presence of any pre existing damage due to the vehicle's age and mileage.That being said Crawford Tire would be willing to split the cost of the refinishing of the wheels and the repainting of the center capsWe have contacted our wheel refinishing company and they have agreed to refinish the wheels at a reduced cost of $per wheelThe center caps being plastic can only be repainted.Crawford Tire has been doing business in Bethesda for over years and has always taken pride in providing the best customer Service possibleWe hope to be able to resolve this matter in a way agreeable to both parties concerned.Ed HStore Manager

our attention we cannot be certain that Crawford Tire is at fault.
