I can cancel the orders for the customer.  I just need the receipt number so we can be sure to void the check and mail it back to the customer.

I have processed a refund for $50 for [redacted].  The check will go out in the mail on Friday.

To whom it may concern,I wanted to modify my compliant if possible.  After looking at the...

receipt the man gave me,  I noticed the total had been listed as $95. The extra $30 in cash I was asked for and I gave is no where to be mentioned. I am confused as to why this is and why the man didn't make a record of that money.  This concerns complaint #[redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted]
