Review: I took my truck into the shop toll [redacted] thatI'm adding 2 gallons of water everyday and I need this problem fixed before I took it to [redacted] I had someone else look at the truck and they told me that the problem was the water coolent connected to the motor subtle I took it to [redacted] should know what was the problemthey told me to leave it there left it there for 9 day they said they fix the problem .but there's other problem with your truck so I told him to fix anything so I don't break down on the side. they fixed the water problem couple of days later I called him up and told him I am still losing waterI called them up seems like they didn't care they told me to bring itthey told me to bring in a couple weekswell anyway my truck broke down and told it to [redacted] in West Sacramento explain to them they knew exactly what was wrong with the truck and they told me the [redacted] should known about it and fixed itI spent 3800because of their stupidity I have to spend another 8000 to get it fixed right (Riverview International) they knew exactly what was wrong with it and they took care of the problemRiverview [redacted] help me out and got the truck on the road as fast as possible I was down four I think [redacted] in Stockton should pay me backthe money that I lost lostI called [redacted] in Stockton for 4 weeks they never replied back to talk about the truckI'm sorry to say but I would not take my truck interstate truck cell center again.Desired Settlement: interstate Truck Center should pay me my four days that I was off and the truck tow fees and portion of the bill bill

Truck came in with 649,776 mi. and 17 engine codes. Customers complaint of check engine light and stop engine light was addressed and repaired.Customer also wanted windshield washer reservoir light repaired and a BIT inspection done. After BIT inspection customer requested motor mounts and engine fan belt be replaced. All work was completed in 3 days. Bill was $2800.14. Customer contacted us in August that he had to have more repairs done not sure how we can be held responsible for this.

I have reviewed the response yes I told them about other issues. but told them that I was losing two gallons of water a day so they should have known what was going on with the truck the other stuff that they mention yes they told me that there's problems was fix other mechanics had told meabout what was going on why I was losing water but they told me to take it to national they will tell you the samethe mechanic that I talk to then have computer programming to work on the truck take it to international right way.I spoken with other mechanic and they told me that international the problem and they should have the problem fixed if they had done their job right I would have not spend lots of money.I took the truck to [redacted] and when they looked at it exactly and they said International send known better.please send me fax number for me to fax the document to you. thank you
