Review: I took my RV to this business because I heard "metal-on-metal" on brakes, Nov. 5th, 2012. They "checked over" and found hydraulic brake leaking between it and master cyllinder and replaced booster and bled brakes out. The charge was $1,128.81. After leaving, the noice was still present, so I returned but was told cheap brakes make this noice. I was concerned as I was driving over mtns. in [redacted] and was still not comfortable with this issue, however, they had assured me the problem was solved. I had major issues the entire trip home and I went to my local mechanic for a tune up and was advised that my brakes were completely gone ("metal-on-metal"). My local mechanic could not fix it right away, so I found a local RV mechanic to fix the brakes and was further informed that not only were the brakes gone, the wrong power booster was installed. This cost me and additional $1,361.30. Also, Interstate Truck Service, Inc. damaged the shower and soiled the carpet while racing in (35 mph in a 5 mph graveled parking lot) on their property. I was told this person was fired for his actions. I contacted the CEO and he offered to repair carpet and shower (before I knew about brakes and booster), then when he was informed about this, he offered to pay $750 on the return of "wrong part". This does not make me whole so I rejected this offer.Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement.
