They are horrible people and they don’t care about anyone only themselves and making money they miss treat their employees favoritism racism and discrimination and much more is going on in this company they paint the window rite before it has to be shipped out which is not supposed to be done that way it’s supposed be put aside for it to dry out for a couple of days but they don’t care

They shipping windows rite after they are made and painted which is not supposed to be like that it’s supposed to be painted then supposed be put away for some time to dry out but they rush the windows I worked with them for years and they just don’t care about anything else but money

Review: Windows that were installed during the construction of our home failed to meet promised expectations on two separate issues. We ordered and expected screens that were sliding as we had previously had. The ones installed were improvised to slide but were not sliding screens by design. They pop out or bend almost every time they are used. The other issue is that three sliding windows leak profusely in a hard rain. The weep holes do not drain causing them to overflow to the inside track. Our builder Cornerstone Custom Homes, the manufacturer Meritec Windows, and Interstate windows all agreed and made numerous attempts to stop the excessive leaking to no avail. We have asked for refund of the additional cost ($1247) we paid to upgrade our screens and the actual cost on the three leaking windows ($1000). At that point, after more than a year our builder, Cornerstone Custom Homes and Interstate Windows have closed the issue and will not return our calls.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the faulty windows and screens would be preferred. Through our builder Cornerstone Custom Homes we offered to the settlement mentioned in the complaint ($2247). That seemed a fair compromise but in no way would cover the cost to make it right.
