Review: On Monday June 3, 2013 Order ID [redacted] was placed for "Auto Sun Shade-NYG". When order was submitted shipping showed up as "0.00". No mention of a "packing charge" was mentioned. The total purchase showed up as $11.00. When I checked my cc statement the total charge appeared as $27.00. Before this company sent me my package I inquired whether or not this visor would fit a full size truck in which I was informed it would. When I recieved the package, the product infact did NOT fit a full size truck and was returned for a return shipping fee of $9.50. When I called the company to dispute the $5.00 packing fee and $11.00 shipping fee and the $9.50 return shipping fee I was advised they would only refund me the original $11.00 fee for the item and $5.00 "packing charge" that I was never informed of before the purchase. They informed me that I would NOT recieve a refund for the $11.00 dollar shipping fee that showed up as $0.00 when the initial purchase was made, and that I would not recieve a refund for the $9.50 return shipping fee even though it was an error on their end giving me false information that the item would fit a full size truck. With that being said I personally would be losing $20.50 due to errors on their end and false information.. I do not feel like I should be responsible for these charges.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the initial $11.00 shipping charge in which I was under the impression that shipping was free. I am also requestion a refund of $9.50 of a return shipping fee due to the fact that I had previously called and asked if the item would fit a full size pick up truck in which I was told it would. If I would have been told it would not, I would have not accepted the item and would not have had to return anything, therefore, I do not believe I am responsible.

Review: After filling out my order I printed out the receipt The total was$13.00 and no shipping or fees was added or mentioned. The $13.00 ordered turned into a $29.53 bank drafter. We I called to find out the reason for the extra charge I was rudely spoken to and screamed at.
