I have ordered cold laser device therapy recommended for humans and animals. However, in the instruction enclosed with the unit, there was nothing about how to use it for animals. I called them but they didn't answered. I tried to email them but for reaching them by email I needed to enter some certain information (codes) I never had.
Very doubtful store and suspicious service.

Review: I purchased in good faith a product from intertwined.shopping on [redacted] and was delivered the wrong item, I contacted Intertwined.shopping to alert them to their mistake and was told to return to sender. This was subsequently done and Intertwined are now saying they haven't received the product back, even though Parcelforce have notified us that it left the UK on the 28th of January. I am now in a situation where Intertwined.Shopping has my money and I have nothing to show for it, even though it was not our mistake in the first place. I have tried to get an answer from the owner of Intertwined.shopping [redacted] but just keep getting told that they will check and nothing more. Looking at their history on [redacted] it appears this isn't the first time this has happened. As you can imagine this is causing me great stress and sleepless nights worrying about it.Desired Settlement: A full refund as the stress this has caused me due to the sum of money and the unreliable nature of the seller could mean that this could drag on even further.
