I believe I was invited to a an online conference to get aquainted with the process of getting rid of our timeshare. I was skeptical at first and had to pay but we stayed with them finished up our paymnet and made some phones them as us, submitted forms, but evenutally we had success. Our timeshare is sold it is GONE, GONE. We are very happy with Interval Relief, LLC. It was not our first try but it is the one company who did what they said they would. Yes I would highly recommend this company.
A very positive experience with this company. I was very sketical about the process but it went very well and I was able to verify that what I paid for actually occured and that I was relieve of this very stressful and unfair contract. They delivered exactly what they promised. I would definitely use them again in the event I had a timeshare that I was obligated to for life and beyond, which is so unreasonable and unfair. It is good to know there is a company out there assisting those who unknownly sign a document that holds a person and his family to pay fees forever. Again, a very good business experience.
Interval Relief, LLC did help us get rid of two mortgage free time shares. It costs upfront money but we thought it was worth it in the long run to be free of constantly increasing maintenance expenses. May 15, 2015.
We were very skeptical about this company and the service they offered since we were fully aware of the various SCAMS involving Time Share's. But verified all of the information the company provided and found the liabilities that our "investment" represented to our extended family to be factual.
We remained vigilant of the company through the entire process, to be sure we were not being scammed. But they delivered as promised, and we are now free of our Time Share forever. We verified this by pulling the new Deed for the property from the local Registrar when we were notified by Interval Relief that the transfer was complete.
The service is overly expensive, and Interval Relief will not negotiate below their established scale. Our expectation of a reasonable cost for this service was about half of what we were charged. It also took a very long time to complete the final transfer; nearly a year to date from when we started. This too was more then we expected. We also needed to initiate contact to stay abreast of the process, which we did monthly. But Interval Relief, and the associated title companies, were always responsive to our inquiries.
Overall, we are satisfied with the results. The service delivered the results we expected and we have referred them to others in our position.

They were able to help us with this burden that would have been around forever with rising maintenance fees. They explained the process, as it is a long one, and were always there to answer any questions. The contact between Interval Relief and us were very good. When we had questions, we were always able to get answers quickly and were not passed around from one person to the next. Our original contact was always the person we dealt with. Great communication and customer service!
Interval Relief did a great job, can't stress enough how happy I am that I no longer own these timeshares. The maintenance fees kept increasing every year, including a special assessment to take care of the owners who were past due on their fees! It was ridiculous! Now my kids won't have to ever worry about having to pay them either. I am extremely happy about that!

The fee structure was a bit high BUT it was definitely less than the money we'd already wasted for unused time in the timeshare AND it was a cost avoidance for future fees (that had already doubled in the 5 years we'd had the property).
Our agent was very knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date on the process which did seem to take a long time BUT it was within the stated time-frame we were given.
All in all, we are THRILLED to FINALLY be rid of the worst, most expensive missteps we've made called a timeshare.
